EPIC.

That’s how I should describe my day.

First of all, I really have a plan on going out this Sunday. Yet, after I got out of the house, the rain started to fell and I’m too lazy to go back and get an umbrella so I pushed it all the way up until I got to the mall.

Second, I badly wanted to see the Ina, Kapatid, Anak casts on their Mall Show today at Glorietta Activity Center but as I was entering the mall, I heard a lot of screaming and I didn’t thought that I was about to see a huge amount of people who wants to see the casts as bad as I do. I was kind of excited because I actually charged my camera’s battery and waited for it for almost two hours before I leave the house just to take pictures of the casts but it broke my heart to see those people. I did a few rounds in the mall to find a perfect spot but the fans were actually everywhere already and I haven’t brought enough patience to wait and stand there so i decided to just see a movie.

So there, I went to the cinemas and still saw a huge amount of people in there. Then I thought that it was Sunday so it’s reasonable to have that much people inside the mall but it was really overwhelming. Afterwards, I looked at the screening time board and I saw that I only have 10 minutes left before the movie begins so I rushed in to buy a ticket. After having my ticket, I hurriedly bought a Barbecue Popcorn at Taters then I saw a Pizza Hut booth and my cravings suddenly popped so I also bought one. That is when I realized that I need a drink so I rushed again and bought an Iced Tea at Taters then instantly enter the movie house. But, my useless camera gave me a lil’ bit of trouble before entering the movie house because I need to surrender it to the guard and present an ID. Good thing I did everything on time and I was able to seat way before the movie started.

So, as I was feeling comfortable seating there, there’s this young girl who wasn’t just sitting next to me but actually staring at me !!! At first, I thought that she was wondering why am I alone and that I was too old to watch that kind of movie. But, I never tried to look back at her coz’ I was afraid what she would respond to me. So, as the movie plays, I was amazed with the beautiful and majestic creatures in the movie, and everytime I express my sincere amazement, the young girl looks at me. Moreover, at times when I was laughing, she will again stare at me for a long time and that’s when I started to feel uncomfortable. I actually thought that I was over-powering the kids and she was thinking that I am sort of “isip-bata”. But, I realized that I was there to enjoy and feel young again so nothing’s gonna stop me from feeling that way even that young little girl. (Pumapatol po ako sa Bata!!)

In the end, the movie was oh-so-great ! It was EPIC. I want to do a review about the movie but I’m too tired to do it now. So, maybe some other time instead.

Just this morning, while dipping in the pool and playing with water in my hands, I thought of this:

WHILE MOST OF US DON’T WANT TO END THINGS EASILY, I WONDER IF I CAN END THINGS AS EASY AS HOW THE WATER LEFT MY HANDS WHILE SHAKING IT LEFT AND RIGHT.

I just need to let go of some things not because they are actually bad for me but because they make me feel bad about myself. They are not wrong for me, I’m the one making it seems wrong for me. I hate the feeling of keeping things that are actually good but turns out to be bad inside which is all because of my doing.

I just wish that it’s all easy to let go.

I just wish that it’s all easy to move on.

I just wish that it’s all easy to END THINGS.
